In the rolling hills of Somerset, England, a remarkable discovery was made in 1903 that would challenge our understanding of ancient Britain. A nearly complete male skeleton dating back 10,000 years was unearthed in Gough’s Cave. Excavators named the skeleton “Cheddar Man.”
