The first hearing in the trial regarding the İliç Mine Disaster in Erzincan that claimed the lives of 9 workers will be held on Monday, March 17th.
A total of 43 defendants, 5 of whom are under arrest, will be tried for the crime of ‘causing death and injury by negligence’.
