Our brothers in our neighboring Syria are spending the month of Ramadan without bombs raining down on them for the first time in 14 years. Likewise, our brothers in Gaza are experiencing the month of Ramadan, albeit amidst ruins, after 471 days.
The power centers that feed off the instability of the Islamic geography do not sit idle. They cause conflict in many places, from Africa to Asia, from the Middle East to the Balkans. We have seen the latest example of this with the actions of regime remnants of terrorists in our neighboring Syria.
