A police vehicle and a truck collided at around 17:43 at the intersection of Saadet Street and Okyar Street in the Karatay district.
Upon notification of the accident, numerous health, police and fire teams were dispatched to the scene. During the initial intervention by the health teams, it was determined that police officer Onur Şirin had been martyred at the scene.
