In the tender held yesterday by the Privatization Administration, a total of 1 billion 720 million dollars was offered by the MOI Joint Venture Group (Met-Gün İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret AŞ-Itversia Gestion SL-Opus Group AB-VTV Norte SA) as the 20-year concession right fee, 830 million dollars for the 1st region vehicle inspection services and 890 million dollars for the 2nd region vehicle inspection services.
In the technically concluded tenders, concession agreements will be signed following the decisions of the Competition Board and the President, and the opinion of the Council of State.
The buyer company will make the public share payment from the inspection fees it will collect, as is the current practice, excluding the privatization fee, at the rate determined in the relevant legislation.
